Thai Massage
Thai Massage — An ancient healing art combining compression, soothing pressure, stretching and flowing movement to support your body’s natural vitality. You typically stay comfortably dressed throughout your session. No jeans, belts, or buttons.
Your session may include liniments, balms, or essential oils, based on your needs and preferences as well as other techniques or tools appropriate to your goals for the session.

Aromatherapy Massage
Gentle support for body and mind, enhanced with the healing touch of aromatherapy.
This shorter, non-Thai session is designed to bring balance, ease, and comfort. It can also provide supportive care during times of illness or other stress. It also makes a wonderful add-on to other treatment sessions!~
Breathe deeply as carefully selected essential oils are applied to the back and feet, offering both aromatic and therapeutic benefits.
CranioSacral (SM)
CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, non-invasive approach that supports your central nervous system for whole-body health and balance. Unlike Thai massage CST does not involve large movements or deep compression.
CranioSacral Therapy is intended to support overall balance (homeostasis) throughout the body and is frequently used in autistic children, chronic pain management, various traumas and more. I am currently working with basic CST skills. Treatment sessions are discounted through the end of May 2026 while I gain hands on experience and continue toward more advanced education.
In this session you will lie on a massage table, face up. Please wear comfortable clothing that is light and layered. No jeans, buckles, or belts.
